Laser Clinic & Spa Policies

As a courtesy:

1. Please remember to call as soon as you know that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to rebook it for you.
2. Cancellations and changes to your appointment MUST be made 24 hours in advance.
3. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no shows will be charged a fee of $50. 
4. You will not be able to rebook your appointment until the late cancel/no-show fee has been paid.
5. If you do not let us know of any changes to your scheduled appointment beforehand, you will be charged for the services that have been booked.
6. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. Clients arriving late may have their appointment amended to stay within the allotted service time.
